1. General Policy

All bookings are handled offline and in-person. Once a vehicle has been picked up, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Before Pickup

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup may be eligible for a refund or credit (at company discretion).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may result in a partial or full deduction from the advance or deposit amount.
• No-show bookings are strictly non-refundable.

3. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be processed in the same payment method or via cash/credit towards future booking. Processing time may vary based on the situation.

4. Security Deposit Refund

• If no damages, violations, or unpaid dues are found, the security deposit will be refunded upon vehicle return.
• Deductions may be applied for:
  • Fuel shortage
  • Late return charges
  • Extra mileage usage
  • Damages or cleaning fees

5. Company Rights

Velocity Motors & Wheels LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on policy violations or unusual circumstances.
